Gardening documentation

Went to Vandusen Garden Plant Sale today with +Olivia Donaher and +Susan Main . Susan was picking out plants for her Bee-friendly path to Trout Lake. I was looking for native plants for a shady patch just south of the bee-friendly garden. Olivia was looking for something that flowers orange and herbs for hanging planter.

Here's what Olivia and I collected.

For the shade garden I chose native plants.
 Hooker's Fairy Bells.
 False Lily of the Valley.
 Bride's Feathers.
And Twisted Stalk.
Taped off the area so they wouldn't get trampled.

We also planted a soon to be border west of the chicken coop. There are irises, native bee attracting flowering onions, blueberries, native roses. Right now it doesn't look like much. So, more work and photos to come.
